Little by little

Like many things in life, decorating your home is done little by little. You tweak something here, then you tweak something there until you get it just the way you like it. It is an ongoing process so that just like you, your home changes over time. Hopefully you like where you both end up.

Here are two decorating tweaks I did recently.

I tweaked the shoe storage basket by the front door. It went from this

I added a design I saw on someones blog to the cork/inspiration board I had already painted. It looked like this after round one.

and now it looks like this.

Much better in my mind.
